For this photoshoot we partnered with some of our favorite Fargo wedding vendors to bring you some dreamy wedding inspiration. We love getting to work with people in our community and we always are excited to see what is created. In this post we included some inspiration photos, tips on achieving this style, and advice on creating your own mood board to help with utilizing the inspiration you find.
How We Achieved This Look
We achieved this look and color scheme by our choices in decor and floral. By sticking with a lot of greenery there was a very relaxed and fresh vibe. The look became more modern when we decided to stick with mainly white floral and only a few tiny pops of blue. We also got that amazing blue color by using White House Co.’s beautiful blue couch. The rustic feel is brought in by the natural textures of the wood and the greenery.
We put together a color scheme for this shoot for you to use as wedding planning inspiration.
Tips for Creating a Mood Board
We always think a important first step in the wedding planning process is creating a mood board. This is something you can bring to all your wedding meetings with vendors to give them an idea of your vision. When looking for what to add to your mood board you can look a few places. Many bridal stores and wedding magazines will post blog posts like this one with lots of wedding inspiration and Pinterest is a great place to find wedding inspiration images. The next step is to put all of these images in a document together, add a color scheme, and any other details such as what metal or materials you want to use for decor. If you go to Pinterest and search “Wedding Mood Boards” you will find many examples of what yours can look like.
